Any time I need a quick snack for a road trip this is where I stop ,first. I suggest the golden Oreo caramel shake. It's not on the menu but it's a hidden gem.
They dont wear gloves when touching ur food, workers on thier phone and dont have nice manners, eating area is not clean floors and windows are dirty.
I stop here several times a week to get a large cherry Dr Pepper and a Sourdough Jack. Never disappointed with food quality, and the staff always make a me feel welcomed. Sometimes, they are just too happy, and it rubs off on me!
Took over 15 minutes to get my food during lunch. Restaurant was empty and wasn't really clean. Did apologize for the wait. Ordered bacon and egg chicken sandwich sub biscuit meal with home style potatoes. Sandwich was great, potatoes had great season, but we're overly piping hot!
Today was my first time and last time going to a Jack in the Box. The customer service was non-existent, the mens restroom had no paper towels, and the soda machine had no diet sodas available. The food was good compared to other fast food restaurants but my biggest issue was the service, if your job is customer service you should at least speak to the customer.
